Hayley McClintock (she/they)
Founder & Programming Director
With California roots, Hayley’s history of community building centers art making and experiences that challenge class and identity-based barriers to access. As an artist, her practice spans across disciplines, including filmmaking, technical theater, fine arts fabrication, and more. In her early career, she employed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Digital Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz to build a network of filmmakers, theater artists, and other creatives to develop short films and theatrical projects. This community building effort inspired her to found Art Time Presents, a space where building community through exploring the arts and taking creative risks were centered. She went on to work as a Curation Specialist, scouting artists to participate in art shows nationwide. From there, she focused her vision locally through her work as a Studio Manager at Marmalade Studio under a notable queer painter in Los Angeles, where Hayley developed award-winning arts workshops and programming for the queer community at the studio. Across her work, she prioritizes innovating creative opportunities for artists of marginalized gender and racial identities and actively builds pathways for community members with financial need to participate freely. With access as a cornerstone of her ethos, Hayley has programmed and produced over 200 workshops, performances, events, and meetups to serve queer and gender expansive artists since 2015. She partners with local venues, organizations, and artists who share values around inclusivity, community, and access to art.
Becker Grumet (they/them)
Community Director
Becker first came to California as an artist, attending the USC School of Cinematic Arts, then went on to earn their MA in Nonprofit Management from Hebrew Union College, followed by their MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Prior to becoming a therapist, Becker worked for several years in the Occidental College Office of Religious and Spiritual Life, coordinating interfaith programs and retreats for undergraduates. Becker is currently a California-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Group Psychotherapist with the International Board for Certification of Group Psychotherapists. Their private practice is inspired by the training they received working with queer and trans youth at Colors Youth Counseling Services and Brave Trails, and has expanded to individual and group therapy for LGBTQ+ clients throughout the lifespan. Becker has also co-written two musicals and is a Lambda Literary Emerge Fellow in playwriting.
Amanda Lam (they/any)
Development Director & Peer Support Group Facilitator
With beginnings of organizing queer Asian youth workshops with GSA international, Amanda has since continued to balance the micro and macro needs to fight systemic barriers within the intersectional community of immigrant, gender expansive, and neurodivergent artists. With a BA in International Business from UCSD, Masters in Social Work from CSUN, and over a decade experience as a dance instructor, Amanda has focused their career efforts on helping people feel more comfortable in their own bodies as they exist within the larger framework of community. They are specifically drawn to help marginalized and at-risk people through the power of art and dance therapy.
Holly Hawk (they/them)
Strategic Director & Peer Support Group Facilitator
Holly is a Trans non-binary neurodivergent artist with twenty plus years in arts non-profits and healing spaces. Their background is in theatre, with a Shakespeare focus. They hold a double BA in Theater & English from the University of Washington. Currently they are the Artistic Director of Puppet Time classical theatre company in Los Angeles, instructor of graphic design at College of the Desert in Palm Springs, non-denominational pagan clergy, Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, and spiritual counselor throughout Southern California.
